I didn’t originally come from the beauty industry. Before starting my business, I spent 19 years as a secondary school teacher and Head of Department. Like many beginners entering this industry, I started with no beauty background, no clients and no idea where the journey would eventually lead. I started my clinic from a converted garage offering laser hair removal and skin treatments alongside teaching. Within less than a year, the business grew so quickly that I left my teaching career completely. Today, I run a fully booked six-figure laser clinic and now help complete beginners build successful careers in the industry through high-quality education and real-world experience. I created this course because I know how confusing and overwhelming the industry can feel at the beginning and I wanted to create the kind of beginner-friendly pathway I wish I’d had myself.
